Italian actress Monica Bellucci is baring her bump - Demi Moore style.
The 45-year-old mum-to-be posed in her underwear at six months pregnant for Italian Vanity Fair to celebrate being an older mum.
"Now you can have a child in your 40s and look forward to watching them grow up," she told the magazine.
She also had a political motive for brandishing her bump - to protest against Italy's ban on women using sperm donors to fall pregnant.
Monica, who fell pregnant naturally with actor husband Vincent Cassel, said: "Women are going abroad but only if they can afford it.
"It's a political problem or rather an exploitation of religion by politics."
